The company aims to recruit a dynamic overseas sales team, lead negotiations, conduct market research, and ensure smooth order processing and timely shipments for international customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand overseas markets, focusing on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the United States and Mexico.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas importers, distributors, wholesalers and building material dealers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers.
• Actively generate new leads, follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends and business opportunities.
• Handle sales negotiations, quotations and commercial discussions with overseas customers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Recruit, train and develop a team of overseas sales executives as the business expands.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the overseas sales team.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, shipment arrangements and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market development plans and sales forecasts.
• Travel overseas when required for customer visits, exhibitions and business development activities.
