Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role

• Good understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and willingness to work shifts if required
• Basic mathematics skills for recording and calculating production data
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and operating machinery
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our production operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to our commitment to delivering excellence in manufacturing. Key responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output

Following production schedules and work instructions to meet daily production targets and deadlines
