About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join NHL Automobil SDN BHD in Melaka. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our sales operation, directly contributing to our business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, building relationships and driving vehicle sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and maintaining our reputation as a customer-centric automotive dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed product knowledge about our vehicle range, specifications, features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and facilitate vehicle demonstrations for prospective customers
• Prepare and present quotations and financing options tailored to customer requirements
• Negotiate sales terms and close vehicle sales transactions
• Process sales documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Attend product training sessions to stay updated on new models and features

• 7. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• 8. Strong negotiation skills and communication skills.
• 9. Malaysian driving licence is preferred
