Job summary

TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle buying process, conduct demonstrations, and ensure a seamless sales journey. You will engage with customers, understand requirements, present options, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets; Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join our team at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the sales process to help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and matching them with the most suitable vehicle options
• Conducting test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
• Providing detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, and after-sales services
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range, promotions, and industry trends
• Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience throughout the sales journey

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase vehicle features and benefits
• Driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and the local language(s) of the region. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A valid driver's licence and a keen interest in the automotive industry
