Job summary

CHEC CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop training plans and syllabuses, collaborate with departments, and organize programmes aligned with the company development plan and employee competencies.

The role includes overseeing training quality, coordinating logistics, and managing equipment, records and trainee assessments to support successful job placements. Fluency in Chinese is required for daily communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• Strong communication, presentation, writing and documentation skills.
• Good personnel coordination abilities and proficiency in Chinese language.
• Experience with standard-gauge railway track maintenance or railway construction is a plus.

Job description

Develop employee training plans and training syllabuses in collaboration with relevant departments based on the company's development plan and employees' competency levels, and organize and implement training programmes according to the planned schedule.

Oversee, evaluate and provide feedback on training quality, as well as coordinate the necessary logistical support for training programmes.

Manage the planning, procurement follow-up, handover, storage, inventory registration and daily management of training equipment, teaching models and other training and office supplies.

Manage trainee records and examination papers, conduct trainee practical training assessments and examinations, and carry out comprehensive evaluations of trainees prior to job placement.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification.

Good communication, presentation, writing and documentation, and personnel coordination skills.

Candidates with experience in standard-gauge railway track maintenance or railway construction works will be given preference.

Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.

Must have good Chinese language skills for daily communication.
