Job summary

Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales & Retail Operations Manager to lead a network of service stations, liaise with dealers, and continuously improve profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction across Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan or Tawau.

You will drive marketing programs to meet volume and margin targets, monitor site and market factors, coordinate across customer service, supply chain and governance bodies, negotiate rents, oversee pricing, and develop training

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years in sales, retail operations, FMCG, oil & gas, or dealer/franchise management.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve site financial and operational performance for 'wholesale' site.
Manage a network of Retail Fuel Service Stations and lead service station dealers to achieve operational excellence.
Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue and margin growth.
Actively monitor market and competitor activities and advise on strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with service station dealers with regular site visits and team meetings to ensure excellent customer service and implement initiatives.
