Petron Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Retail Site Network Manager to oversee a nationwide network of service stations. You will drive performance, lead dealers, and execute marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth.

You will coordinate with customer service, operations, supply chain and regulatory bodies, negotiate rent and license terms, and coach site operators to deliver world-class customer service while maintaining robust profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience in Retail or Sales preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and improve site financial and operational performance for wholesale site.
• Manage a network of Retail Fuel Service Stations and dealers.
• Drive marketing programs to grow volume, revenue and margin.
• Analyze market and competitor activity to propose strategic plans.
• Build relationships with dealers through visits and meetings to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with customer service, business support, supply chain and regulators.
• Negotiate rent/license changes for CODO sites.
• Counsel on pricing to improve retail profitability.
• Monitor site/market factors for operation adjustments.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolution processes.
• Oversee promotional and site appearance execution.
• Organize training for Dealers/Station staff on marketing plan delivery.
• Implement SSHE/OIMS and Controls policies.
