Affin Bank Berhad is seeking a senior Branch Manager to lead branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure profitable performance. You will drive deposits, loans, investments and bancassurance products while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

This role demands strong leadership, sales management experience, and the ability to foster a high-performing team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in leadership or branch management.
• Strong track record in retail banking sales and branch profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee branch personnel and operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive overall Branch Sales targets for deposits, investments, loans, cards and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with BNM regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coach staff, manage performance, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Maintain customer service levels to meet SLA and respond to inquiries within SLA.
• Coordinate BCM, BUCO, CLO duties and safety/compliance within the branch.
• Lead CSR activities and ensure branch security and operations continuity.
