Job summary

AFFINBANK is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive sales and manage profitability in line with regulatory requirements. The role focuses on ensuring service excellence, risk control, and staff development to achieve peak performance.

The successful candidate will oversee branch activities, coach a diverse team, and implement compliance measures while fostering a high-performance culture and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of banking experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or branch management role.
• Strong experience in retail banking sales, branch operations, and customer relationship management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing branch profitability.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Sound knowledge of BNM regulations, compliance requirements, and operational risk controls.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong business acumen and sales management capabilities.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and drive a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target across deposits, investments, loans, bancassurance and cards.
• Prevent fraud and losses and control costs per budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and internal controls.
• Coordinate BCM, Business Continuity Plan and Call Tree exercises.
• Act as BUCO, CLO and OSHA coordinator for branch.
• Lead staff training, recruitment, KPI/JD alignment and performance reviews.
• Organize CSR activities and ensure branch safety and cleanliness.
