You will manage sales targets across deposits, loans, cards, and bancassurance, ensure compliance with BNM guidelines, and maintain high service levels for customers.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop people while delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Professional banking certifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years banking experience with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Strong retail banking sales and branch operations knowledge.
• Understanding of BNM regulations and risk controls.
