Affin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing nationwide team, delivering strong business results while upholding service excellence and regulatory compliance across all branch operations. You will drive sales across deposits, loans, investments, and bancassurance, supervise daily activities, and coach staff to a culture of risk awareness and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail banking with branch leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and regulatory frameworks (BNM, AML/CFT).
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage operations and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer-service orientation.
