Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, economics or related discipline.
• Professional banking certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-8 years of banking experience, with 2-3 years in leadership or branch management.
• Strong experience in retail banking sales, branch operations and customer relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and branch profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target and profitability.
• Oversee branch operations and supervise staff to meet SLA standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; resolve audit findings timely.
• Coach, train and develop staff; recruit and manage performance.
• Handle CSR activities and ensure security, safety and everyday branch controls.
