Job summary

Easytech International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Software Implementation Executive to support onboarding and bridge business needs with our SaaS solutions.

You will engage clients, understand their processes, and propose practical ways our software can help, without coding. The role involves product demos, pre‑sales consultations, collaboration with sales and product teams, and guiding clients in early usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in software, IT support, pre‑sales, customer success or business solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into software capabilities.
• Confident in communicating with both technical and non‑technical clients.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to learn software platforms quickly with interest in technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Understand client workflows and propose how SaaS products meet their needs.
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and pre‑sales consultations.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Support onboarding and guide early system usage.
• Collect and relay feedback to improve product fit and customer experience.
• Assist with documentation or configuration for custom setups (no coding).
