Job summary

Asian Business Software Solutions (ABSS) is seeking a Sales Specialist to convert assigned customer accounts to active SaaS subscribers and manage renewals. The role emphasizes driving activations, achieving conversion targets, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or SaaS roles, with a proven track record in outbound sales and communications. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required to engage customers across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Telesales, SaaS Conversion or similar commercially driven roles.
• Proven track record of achieving conversion and sales targets in outbound sales.
• Experience with product demonstrations and renewals is advantageous.
• Familiar with accounting/payroll or B2B SaaS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with assigned customer accounts through outbound calls and emails.
• Educate customers on SaaS benefits and sign-up process to enable conversion.
• Drive SaaS conversions and manage renewals for assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate outbound activity records and update pipeline.
• Provide regular updates to the Team Manager on progress.
