Job summary

Grab is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager for RTR - Intercompany & Fixed Asset in Petaling Jaya. You will lead end-to-end intercompany and fixed asset processes, oversee month-end close, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

You will also mentor the ICFA team and work with regional stakeholders to drive process improvements. You will report to the Finance Manager, RTR and work on-site at our Petaling Jaya office, with opportunities to develop leadership and technical accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of RTR/ICFA/Shared Services experience.
• Knowledge of RTR processes and financial impacts.
• Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RTR operations for intercompany and fixed asset accounting.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Coach and mentor the ICFA team; review KPIs and provide feedback.
• Handle capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, and transitions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders; manage escalations.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation.
