Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns targeting the Vietnamese market.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, from media buying and audience targeting to conversion tracking and reporting, with a clear ROI focus. The role requires native Vietnamese with strong English, hands-on experience managing Facebook, Google, and TikTok campaigns, and a solid grasp of ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads).
• Native Vietnamese speaker with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance channels.
• Optimize campaigns daily against key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Manage budgets, allocate spend across channels, and pace toward monthly targets.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Localize ad copy and campaign messaging for the Vietnamese market.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and product teams and external partners.
• Stay up to date with platform changes and trends in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
