You will own media buying, tracking infrastructure, attribution, and optimization to drive sustainable growth and high-quality user acquisition. The role requires strong data interpretation skills and deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong data interpretation skills and understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and DSP platforms.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve ROI/CPA.
• Experience with tracking tools: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and attribution tracking.
• Ability to manage large-scale campaigns independently and drive growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, DSP, and other paid channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Set up and manage tracking tools including Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, CAPI, and attribution tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and growth strategies.
• Conduct audience, creative, and funnel optimization to improve acquisition quality.
• Collaborate with Design, CRM, Data, and Product teams to support growth.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend optimization actions.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and new traffic opportunities.
