Job summary

ROAS Media Pte. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Head of Performance to lead a growing Performance Team and drive acquisition marketing across channels, strategy management, and optimization. You will collaborate with the CEO to steer campaigns, analytics, and revenue growth.

The role requires deep experience in multi-channel campaigns, Google and Facebook analytics, and translating data into strategies for executives. You will coach 4-6 specialists and help scale the team in a fast‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role and building effective multi-channel marketing strategies including marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
• Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
• Deep understanding of Adwords & Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4-6 Digital Performance Specialists
• Coaching: Provide best-practice coaching in developing digital advertising campaigns and client liaison
• Team member development: Conduct 1:1s and implement career development plans
• Inspire with a vision for future opportunities and contribute to company culture
• Address issues while celebrating wins and maintain a positive, results-driven environment
• Creative thinker who proactively addresses problems with scalable solutions
• Work with the CEO to ideate and execute strategies to improve processes, grow headcount and drive revenue
• Optimize team structure and processes in hiring, onboarding, ongoing skill testing, performance management and reporting
• Establish scalable team processes to meet ROAS Media’s demands and track revenue metrics
