Job summary

MTD Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a robot welding operator to perform welding tasks as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and production plans. The role includes maintaining welding equipment and records while upholding safety and 5S standards.

The ideal candidate will hold SPM/SPMV/Technical Certificate or equivalent and a secondary school certificate, with willingness to work according to production schedules and prioritise quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• SPM/SPMV/Technical Certificate or Equivalent is required.
• Secondary School Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform robot welding work as per customer requirement.
• Complete assigned work according to production schedule and meet deadlines.
• Daily preventive maintenance of robot welding machine.
• Provide support to customer and quality enquiries.
• Maintain production output records.
• Follow safety and health regulations and perform emergency activities.
• Report non-conformity to Superior.
• Maintain 5S practices in the workplace.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.

• Complete assigned work according to production schedule and meet deadlinesDaily preventive maintenance of robot welding machine
• Provide support to customer and quality enquiries
• Maintain production output records
• Perform work safely by following safety and health regulations
• Ensure emergency activities are carried out properly
• Report non-conformity to Superior
• Ensure 5S activities and maintain 5S practices in workplace
• Adhere to company protocol as laid out in Company Policy and Procedures
