Job summary

TSM Welding Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse and logistics professional to safeguard company stock and maintain inventory integrity. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards, while overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution activities.

You will maintain meticulous documentation, manage fleet oversight, and support ad-hoc tasks from Management, with opportunities for promotion in a dynamic Southeast Asia operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or logistics management
• Deep understanding of standard warehouse management procedures, robust inventory controls, and stock audit practices
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with excellent organizational, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of personal discipline and accountability in safeguarding company stock
• Strategically manage day-to-day warehouse operations in full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational vision
• Oversee and streamline all receiving, warehousing, inventory storage, and distribution activities
• Execute and maintain standard operational policies, workplace procedures, and inventory control measures
• Ensure the safe, effective utilization of warehouse equipment while maintaining a secure, hazard-free working environment
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all warehouse transactions, stock movements, and activities
• Monitor and maintain close awareness of the condition, scheduling, and location of company fleet vehicles
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or operational tasks as instructed by Management

Job description

This role involves maintaining inventory integrity and asset protection by safeguarding company stock and ensuring the store is kept clean, organized, and secured. You will strategically manage day-to-day warehouse operations in full compliance with company policies and safety standards, overseeing all receiving, warehousing, inventory storage, and distribution activities. You will execute standard operational policies and inventory control measures, ensure safe and effective utilization of warehouse equipment, maintain meticulous documentation of warehouse transactions and stock movements, and monitor company fleet vehicles.

About you
