As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal components using various welding techniques, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is essential to maintaining our production schedules and delivering superior products to our clients. You will work on-site at our Klang facility, contributing to a dynamic team environment where precision and craftsmanship are highly valued.

Key responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and manual arc welding machines to join metal components according to specifications and technical drawings
• Prepare work pieces for welding by cleaning, aligning, and positioning materials using appropriate tools and fixtures
• Read and interpret welding plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of welding work
• Inspect completed welds to verify they meet quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and client specifications
• Maintain welding equipment through regular cleaning, maintenance, and reporting of any defects or malfunctions
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain workflow efficiency
