Job summary

Mtd I is looking for a dedicated individual to join their manufacturing team in Johor as a welder. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks according to company requirements and schedules while ensuring safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations and possess the necessary qualifications such as Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level.

Qualifications

Must adhere to safety and health regulations while performing welding tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform welding work as assigned by supervisor.
Complete daily preventive maintenance of welding machines.
Maintain accurate production output records.
Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Provide support to customers and quality inquiries.
Maintain production output records.
Adhere to safety and health regulations.
Report non-conformities to Superior.
Maintain 5S in the workplace.
Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.

To perform welding work, assign by Supervisor.
To Perform Welding work according to WPS and welding requirement.
To complete work as assign by superior according to the production schedule and meet the dateline given.
Daily preventive maintenance of welding machine.
Provide support to customer and quality enquiries
Maintaining of production output records.
Performing work safely by following safety and health regulation
Ensure emergency activities been carry out properly
Reporting non-conformity to Superior
Ensure the 5S activities.
Others duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
