About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations & Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns in Kuantan, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process and optimising revenue generation across our hotel properties.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the hotel's reservations team to ensure efficient and high-quality service

Analyse booking trends and market data to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies

Monitor and adjust room rates, package offerings, and inventory to maximise revenue and occupancy

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional initiatives

Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, online travel platforms, and other industry partners

Prepare and present detailed reports on the hotel's reservations and revenue performance

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency

Provide leadership and training to the reservations team to ensure consistently high standards of customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservations or revenue management role within the hospitality industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in using hotel reservation software and revenue management tools

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
