Job summary

Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns in Kuantan, Malaysia seeks a seasoned Reservations & Revenue Manager to lead two property teams and optimize revenue across the portfolio.

You will analyse booking trends, adjust rates and inventory, and collaborate with marketing and OTA partners to maximise occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reservations or RM within hospitality and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in reservations or revenue management within hospitality.
• Strong analytics and ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Proficient in hotel reservation software and RM tools.
• Experience managing two properties.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Willingness to lead and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations team for two properties.
• Analyse booking trends to develop pricing strategies.
• Monitor room rates, inventory, and packages.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions.
• Maintain relationships with travel agents and OTAs.
