Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Returns Operations Assistant to manage daily return activities, verify items, and coordinate with warehouse, transport, and store teams to resolve issues.

You will monitor status, prepare daily/weekly reports, ensure inventory accuracy, and handle discrepancies with care while complying with SOPs in a fast-paced environment; extended hours may be required. A diploma/degree in logistics or related field is preferred with 1–2 years in logistics or returns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or return operations preferred.
• Good knowledge in inventory and return process handling.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible in handling documentation and records.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily return operation activities and ensure timely processing
• Verify returned items and maintain accurate documentation records
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and store teams regarding return issues
• Monitor return status and follow up on pending cases
• Prepare daily and weekly return reports
• Ensure inventory accuracy for returned products
• Handle discrepancies, damages, and escalation cases professionally
• Ensure compliance with company SOP and operational procedures
• Support smooth logistics flow and minimize return delays
