Samsonite Latinoamérica is looking for a retail associate to join our store team in Kuala Lumpur. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving personal and store productivity goals, and upholding service standards across interactions with customers and colleagues.

You will contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment, partnering with the Store Manager to resolve customer issues and maintain daily operations.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in retail or service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements, and store climbing requirements
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership and accountability for store and personal productivity.
• Contributes to setting goals and holds team accountable for productivity standards.
• Provides leadership through role modeling Service behaviors and standards.
• Ensures customer issues are resolved in the store and partners with Store Manager as appropriate.
• Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service.
• Resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner.
• Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Utilizes training initiatives to develop the team and provide coaching to others.
• Develop plans to address key business issues and execute to drive results.
