Job summary

KK Supermart, part of KK Group of Companies (Retail), is seeking a store supervisor to manage inventory, merchandise handling, and daily store operations in Klang. The role requires leadership and strong customer service focus to maintain store standards.

The candidate should have retail experience, be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and possess reliable transportation. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods and manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Keep store premises clean and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Operate and handle all store equipment per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart’s good image and reputation at all times.
