KK Supermart, part of KK Group of Companies, is seeking a store personnel in Klang to manage inventory, assist customers, and maintain store standards. The role requires leadership in supervising staff and ensuring smooth daily operations across shifts.

The candidate should have SPM or Diploma background, plus retail experience of 1–3 years with supervisory exposure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, and own transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possess own transportation.

Responsabilités

To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and perform inventory and merchandise handling.
To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
To operate and handle all equipment and machines in the store per company procedures.
To ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
To provide courteous and professional service to customers.
To handle emergency situations and report them to relevant personnel when necessary.
To uphold and maintain KK Supermart's good image and reputation.
