Job summary

KK Supermart in Malaysia is seeking a capable retail supervisor to manage stock and ensure smooth store operations. You will oversee inventory processes, greet customers, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail with supervisory duties, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience, supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• SPM or Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage stock and inventory control.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate and maintain store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety of store assets and property.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Respond to emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart’s image and reputation.
