Job summary

KK Supermart in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure courteous customer service. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications is required; own transport is preferred to support flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and handle all store equipment in line with procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
