Job summary

KK Supermart is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to oversee merchandise handling, inventory control, and customer service at our Malacca–Merlimau location. You will ensure efficient operations, supervise a small team, and maintain store standards.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS systems. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with own transportation an advantage.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience (1–3 years) with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate and handle store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold and maintain the store's image and reputation.
