KK Supermart in Klang City, Malaysia seeks a capable retail supervisor to oversee inventory handling, store cleanliness, and POS operations while leading a small team to deliver courteous service and protect store assets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail with supervisory duties; SPM/diploma is accepted and a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, and own transportation is preferred.

Formación

• SPM/Diploma/equivalent acceptable; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1–3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate all store equipment per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store assets and property.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when needed.
• Uphold KK Supermart’s good image and reputation at all times.
