Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a dedicated Shop Assistant for KK Super Mart Reko, Kajang (RKJ). You will handle goods, stock, and ensure store cleanliness while delivering friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, operating POS systems, and adhering to safety procedures. SPM or higher is expected, with 1–3 years retail experience and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience; supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in store.
• Operate store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store assets.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Super Mart image.
