Job summary

KK SUPER MART Perak in Kampar is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily store operations and customer service. The role involves inventory handling, POS usage, and maintaining store presentation in line with KK Supermart standards.

The ideal candidate has SPM or diploma, with 1–3 years retail experience and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own transport is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• SPM or diploma is required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Retail experience preferred with some supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, as well as perform all tasks related to inventory and merchandise handling.
• To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• To operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• To ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• To provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• To handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• To uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
