Job summary

KK SUPER MART Rawang is seeking a Shop Assistant for a full‑time role. You will receive, record, arrange and return goods, and manage inventory and merchandise. Maintain store cleanliness and operate equipment in line with procedures.

Provide courteous customer service, ensure asset safety, and report emergencies when needed. SPM/diploma required with 1–3 years retail experience; willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Retail experience 1–3 years preferred, supervisorys helpful
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the store
• Operate store equipment per procedures
• Ensure safety and care of store assets
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers
