Menara Maxis is hiring a Retail Store Assistant Manager to be the second-in-command at the Maxis Centre. You will drive operational excellence, oversee customer journeys, ensure swift issue resolution, and embody a customer-first culture at our Sunway Pyramid store.

You will lead, coach and develop a team, manage store operations, and maintain high service standards. Proficiency in MS Office, strong English, and extra Mandarin are valued in our dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/D Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written English skills.
• Mandarin is a plus; tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities
