Menara Maxis is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Head of Mall/Store with daily operations and sales targets in a leading Malaysia location. You will help manage inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance while coaching a talented store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will also help drive store performance, ensure a smooth customer journey, and deputise for the HoMC when needed to maintain continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and cash handling.
• Proven ability to coach and supervise a store team.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet store sales and service targets.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure smooth customer journey through traffic flow, store presentation, and issue resolution.
• Act as second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity.
• Monitor and report store performance metrics to the HoMC.
