Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow and store presentation.
• Act as second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence.
• Monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
