Job summary

Maxis is hiring a Store Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead daily operations, drive sales and ensure service excellence across our outlets.

You will coach and motivate the store team, manage inventory and cash handling, enforce SOP compliance, and act as deputy to the HoMC to ensure seamless store performance and customer satisfaction. This role offers growth within a leading converged solutions company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations.
• Ability to coach and lead a store team.
• Experience with inventory, cash handling and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist HoMC in achieving store sales and service targets.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling and SOP compliance.
• Coach, motivate and supervise the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic, store presentation and issues.
• Act as second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC when required.
• Monitor and report store performance metrics to the HoMC.
