Qualifications

• Assist the HoMC in meeting store sales and service targets.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Coach, motivate and supervise the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation and resolving customer issues.
• Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
• Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
