Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and passion for driving team results.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with store teams, operations managers, and corporate partners.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the store's service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily activity follow-up.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily store operations: POS system, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs.
• Adhere to asset protection policies including shortage prevention and inventory control.
