Job summary

Qualifications

• STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
• Professional working proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead the store team to surpass sales, service, and charm metrics.
• Apply analytical thinking to company reporting and identify opportunities.
• Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and promote internal growth.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to meet store deadlines and follow up daily.
• Contribute to a team culture that welcomes ideas and feedback.
• Support in-store departments including consumer service, stock room, pricing, and markdowns.
• Ensure asset protection policies and inventory controls are followed.
