Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with store leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Collaborate with store team and management to create an enjoyable team environment.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines with daily follow-up.
• Assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS usage, stock replenishment, pricing, and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and contribute to sales-driven KPI improvements.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls.
