Job summary

Crocs is hiring for a retail position in Malaysia. You will deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the CHARM service model and support daily store operations, including POS, stock, pricing, and merchandising.

You will assist with coordinating tasks across teams and act as a Crocs brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and collaborations. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with a focus on leadership, is full-time, and involves flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the CHARM service model.
• Assist with daily store operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and merchandising.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager, coordinating tasks across teams.
• Serve as a Crocs brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
