Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in retail store operations or retail management.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising practices, and customer engagement.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and management across the retailer network.
• Formulate and drive the store's sales plan and strategies to meet targets.
• Coordinate with platform and headquarters to implement company initiatives.
• Supervise product turnover, stock replenishment, and VM-standard displays.
• Lead customer service efforts, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfactory experiences.
• Coordinate recruitment and training to maintain adequate staffing and service quality.
• Maintain strong communication with retailers to execute company strategies.
• Act as liaison among retail partners, corporate teams, and external platforms.
