You will lead scheduling, budgeting, and ensure compliance with safety policies; Mandarin is a helpful advantage for interactions.

Formación

• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make timely, informed decisions to support store operations.
• Mandarin language skills are an added advantage (written & spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach team members, hold the team accountable to results and guest experience.
• Manage floor operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan budgets and labor hours.
• Provide salesfloor leadership and ensure efficient coverage.
• Open and close the store following checklists.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and applicable regulations.
