• Ability to make timely, informed decisions to support store operations.
• Mandarin language skills are an added advantage (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members, hold the team accountable to results and guest experience.
• Manage floor operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan budgets and labor hours.
• Provide salesfloor leadership and ensure efficient coverage.
• Open and close the store following checklists.
