Job summary

Xiaomi Technology Malaysia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive performance across our retail locations. You will partner with store managers and retail partners to enhance store operations, boost sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include sales planning, KPI driven management, stock replenishment coordination, and leading recruitment and training of store teams to maintain high service standards and strong customer engagement across Sabah.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in retail store operations or retail management.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and merchandising practices.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with retailers and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across multiple retail locations.
• Collaborate with store managers and retailers on operations.
• Formulate store sales plans and strategies.
• Supervise customer service and handle complaints.
• Recruit and train store staff; ensure adequate resources.
• Coordinate with headquarters on strategic initiatives.
• Ensure product displays meet VM standards.
• Act as liaison between retailers and company.
