Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong passion for retail, with a proactive mindset, learning agility, and a sense of ownership.
• Prior frontline retail experience preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi’s New Retail model is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of store sales experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry preferred.
• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Xiaomi’s hardware, software, and services, and clearly explain product features and advantages.
• Act as the go-to person for product learning and support within the store team.
• Actively listen to customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, achieve store sales targets, and handle customer inquiries and basic technical support.
• Collaborate closely with team members to create a positive, energetic working atmosphere and deliver seamless customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations including sales analysis, visual merchandising, customer service, inventory management, and event execution.
• Participate in company-organized training programs to stay ahead in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service concepts.
