Job summary

Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic store leader to drive exceptional customer journeys and deliver speedy resolutions. You will oversee cash, inventory, floor, and in-store merchandising while supporting the Head of Management in all store operations.

You will coach the team to maintain high service standards, schedule staff efficiently, ensure compliance with policies, and enhance the in-store experience by analyzing crowd patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey and ensuring speedy resolutions.
• Ensure seamless operations in cash, inventory, floor, and in-store merchandising management.
• Assist the HoMC in all aspects of store management and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the team to foster a great service and high-performance culture.
• Manage the in-store customer experience by understanding crowd patterns and executing smart staff scheduling.
• Enforce quality and compliance with all standard policies and procedures.
