Job summary

ROYAL PAHANG DURIAN PRODUCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Selangor retail outlet.

You will ensure a smooth customer experience, manage inventory, and coordinate staff to meet daily targets and service standards. You should have 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Be experienced in stock management i.e., monitoring inventory levels, stock movement, and stock accuracy.
• Manage staff scheduling, shift arrangements, and daily manpower requirements.
• Ensure company SOPs and policies are consistently followed.
• Prepare and provide regular operational updates to management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Assistant Store Manager or similar supervisory/management role.
• Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
